Your problem must be frustrating for sure. I made a withdrawl regquest yesterday and it was paid to e-gold almost instantantly.

Have they still no solution to your problem? Who else is having a wd problem? It is that same type as yours?

How a program handles is problems is a big indication of whom they really are IMHO!!!!!

Still can't withdraw - still no real answers about the problem.

I sent a PM to a support staffer on the FM forum a couple of days ago asking specifically that my account be looked at (as opposed to just quoting me standard support lines like "read the rules and make sure you got them right") and he promised he would pass my entire PM to David (I guess he's the Big Cheese...) to review. Sounded promising, but no word as of yet.

Meanwhile, the support staff has closed and cleared out at least two threads that were filling up with complaints about this very problem, but as soon as they do another thread starts up... conventional wisdom is that they're working on it and all should be peachy soon. Nothing to do but wait....

I agree with that 'conventional wisdom' theory. I have been able to w/d without problem and expect to rollover for the 6th time this coming week. I'm hoping there will be no problem-os.

Hrm though, I mean I'm glad that I don't have problem, but curious why seems some are having problems... I never had a single problem with FM withdrawal myself... Could it have something to do with me doing a monthly compounding account instead of daily at all?
