Help uncover the identity of the scammers!

We have just opened a new forum designed to investigate hyip programs that have scammed its members in the hope to uncover the identity of the owners.

Oh thats just fantastic, so do you plan to go after all scammers or just ones that personally affect you.Do you plan to read the TOS of these programs before you call them scams or what?
What exactly do you classify as a scam?, a hyip game that closes at 90% or the receiver at 12dp who has control over lots of money? Just a bit curious usually these sites are based on personal vendettas where people lose money in legit programs and then label them as scams after. So please enlighten me?

also what criminal law credentials do you have to foollow through the job to the end? or are you just another wanna be, like some sites who claim to be authorities but in reality just hunt referal commissions.

I do not claim to have any authority, and it is not me that is collecting and investigating the programs it will be the members of the hyipscambusters.com forum as a whole, all relevant information will be passed onto someone who does have the authority to take the investigations further my job is just providing somewhere for this information to be collected.

I do not and never have invested in hyip's so i do not carry a vendetta, i simply see a need for such a service, where members can come together and share information and warn others.

as for what programs do i target, i will target any program that has blatently scammed money, even programs that are in admition of being ponzi's are breaking national and international laws as i doubt any are regulated by the proper authorities or have the proper licenses or credentials to be trading in the financial sector, therefore these programs are also scams.

And who will be the judge of that you or the appropiate authority. What i am saying is if you perceive a program to be against your ethics will you go out of your way to destroy it even though it is a paying program???
You say you have no hyip experience so how will you judge these sites???
personally i think scammers need to be brought to account only in the correct forums, vigilantes dont really gain my trust.

I said i have not invested in programs, i didn't say i do not have any experience with these. Ofcourse i will have my opinions but the ultimate decision will come down to the propper authority.

I am not setting out to be a vigilante, i am simply providing a service, for members to come and share and collect information on programs that have scammed them, ofcourse before any information has been passed on we will determine if the program is in fact a scam or if it is a disgruntled member making the complaint, the fact is when more than a handful of people start complaining about a program then this points to the obvious conclusion that it is infact a scam.

If a program is paying then it could be considered a scam at this is a method used to gain trust and provide a false sense of security in order to 'catch the bigger fish' however while the program is paying it is of no concern to us because it is doing as it said it would.

I am not setting out to destroy any program, i am setting out to provide a forum so users can track down KNOWN scammers, in my forum rules i clearly state that blatent slander of a program without any evidence to back the claim up will not be tolerated.
