The similarities between Flo and OffshoreClub are numerous. Still, you can't fault OffshoreClub. It's a smoothly run hyip without all the fanfare and hype so prevalent in many others.

That fact that another admin saw the potential in the system that Flo used is not in itself a problem. Most are pretty easy to please - just keep paying.

I see the similarities to FLO, but agree that the earning plans are reasonable and attractive. But I do NOT like the song that plays until you login. Seems like some chant with subliminal messages.

Flo was a program that turned into one of the biggest Scams know in HYIP history, eventually closing down last Sept (?), but with reincarnation planned for Feb-Mar 05. The investing plans were similar to those of Offshore Opps and many people made great returns while they could, but were convinced there was a greater destiny for those who had invested / or would be willing to invest much larger sums after the program went private. Some of those funds were deposited on that conviction before the program disappeared. The admin, Xavier, or "X-man" was a very charismatic and convincing leader.
He made off with millions.
There are still some people who believe he will return.
You could do a search on most any of the active, older forums (dating back to early 2004), and find threads with lots more information.

Actually, I think he means that FLO has already died (and is not seeing the similarities with Offshore Club and FLO...)
