This is where any Proven Performers will be discussed. These programs have a strong history of paying their members. It includes HYIP`s, MLM`s, Cyclers, Autosurfers. Only programs with a minimum of 6 months history will be included here. Threads may ONLY be started by moderators in this folder.

This is where ALL Programs On Hold are placed. You should only invest with CAUTION into any of these due to difficulties they are facing. These programs aren`t paying out normally, but aren`t yet actually closed

Talk about ANY programs that are no longer paying whether they are known scams or closed for whatever reason. This includes HYIPs, Surfers, Cyclers, MLMs
